I enjoy being outdoors. I love nature. Hiking and just being outside makes my feel so much better. There is something about being outdoors that makes everything feel calmer.

I enjoy working with my hands. I like creating art and music. I don't mind getting my hands dirty to try to make something come to life. Art in its many varieties has always been a passion of mine.

I enjoy Yoga, I try to stay active and in shape, but life does get in the way. It's a good practice for mindfulness, it's just not always possible to make the time.
