Kind of a shame. Started off great. He got a Hamper Haul panty (not a custom) for $12, when he received it he was dissatisfied and mentioned that to me asking what he should do about that. I apologized and offered a full refund if he were to send back the panty - he was insisting on getting a $10 refund but refused to take the time to send back the panty. I think this is unfair and we haven't come to an agreement. He threatened multiple times with a one star review saying it was a terrible experience how I won't refund him - it literally says on my profile I don't do refunds.
