The setup of this order was quick and easy. She responded quickly and was polite and enthusiastic. I ordered panties and custom pics from her. However the custom pics were not in the format we had previously discussed. Before this order was made, we had discussed at length my preferences and her comfort level for the custom photos. Specifically showing her face and specific poses. None of the photos met those specifications. I have reached out to her and she did offer replacements. However after over a month, she has not sent the replacements and declined my request for a refund.
