Terrible seller, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Contacted seller to place my order and all was fine, seller was more than happy to take my money, $20 to be exact (this was for a 5 min video). After payment the seller proceeded to ignore messages eventually replying saying they were out. I didn't mind this. The next day I asked them for an update and apparently they were still out. After waiting 24 HOURS after payment I get sent the video which btw wasn't even the video I ordered as that video was 'unavailable'. Since it took a whole day to receive this video I asked if I could get some sort of freebie to compensate. She replied with 'Nothing is free. Ever. 😘 & don’t ask me that again.' This was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Yes I understand people are busy but why would you take my money then proceed to tell me that you arent available? To sum it up this seller is rude, unorganised and has no value for their customers. 0/5
