Set up order soon as it came to paying excuse and no reply will change if order completed

I was approached by buyer to purchase an item on Thursday. Discussed payment etc. Buyer said he will pay Friday after work. No payment received so messaged. Ghosted by buyer although they had been online. Buyer tried to tell me he hadn't been online and would pay after work Saturday. Its now Sunday eve, no payment received and buyer has been on and offline numerous times. Obviously another item waster with no intention to buy.
