Disappointing experience for me also; I asked for several items (socks, briefs, sweat towel) and I was willing to wait. Unfortunately none of the items had any smell.

Really disappointing, paid extra for a custom vid that I’m still waiting for weeks later. Stopped replying to my messages so giving up. At first I was told the video was too big to send and then a few messages later the story changed & the video hadn’t been recorded yet. Disappointing when reading other reviews and seeing happy customers.
