Jay is amazing. His stories are so thoughtful and creative. But it's his patience is what I appreciate. I messed up my shipping dates, a few times, and he gave me a couple chances to get it right. He did receive his package from me, but it could have gone left very quickly. Highly recommend. He knows what he wants, pays immediately, and getting to know him along the way is amazing. He's just a really good guy and I thank him for dealing with my screw up gracefully.
