Hello loves, I am an adventurous lady who loves to travel, exploring new things and amazing places. I work hard in a very hot and sweaty environment that makes for long hot hot sweaty days 😘

I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, spicy foods are amazing but not a huge fan of too many sweets.

I take hot bubble baths almost daily and long hot showers to soothe my aching muscles.

I live near the ocean so try to go often and sink my toes in the sand and relax. Sand and salty sea air are the best medicine!
