A very experienced buyer of panties. I'm originally from the UK and now live in Eastern Europe (been here 3 years) Bought my first panties, way back in 1992, before the Internet! I've literally bought hundreds of pairs over the years from ladies all over the world.
62 years young going on 45 - yes seriously, so many don't believe my age!... I'm very reliable, honest and trustworthy and will never let anyone down.
The panty market has changed over the years, due to very high shipping costs, Customs regulations, laws in some countries and long shipping times, especially over the Atlantic. Hence I do not buy from the USA, Canada, Central and South America, Australia, New Zealand, or the Far East.
At the current time I'm only dealing with ladies from EU and Eastern European countries, as that is where I live. I will consider buying from UK ladies, but due to the UK now being a "Third country" after Brexit, customs charges have ensued and are ridiculous. Also shipping takes up to one month from the UK!
If any sellers need my advise just ask! I've got a wealth of experience in panty burying and other items. I know all the pros and cons!
