How much does it cost to sign up?
It’s totally free to join! This allows you to have a look around the site and see if it’s for you. If you want to get the full benefits of our site then sign up for the Premium Seller package for $15.99.

If you want an even better deal, you can sign up for 6 months for a one-time payment of $69.99, which gives you the equivalent of 1 month free!
What is the Premium Seller membership?
The Premium Seller package allows you to; contact Buyers directly, send unlimited messages, add unlimited items, browse all Buyers, add polls, posts and images to the activity feed.
How many items can I sell on All Things Worn?
Unlimited! Once you have signed up to our Premium Seller package you can list as many items as you want. And what’s even better is that we don’t charge any commission so you keep all of the profits.
How much commission do you charge?
None! Once you have agreed on a sale, you keep all of your profits!
I’ve sold an item, how do I arrange payment?
We would advise you to use ATW’s own exclusive payment method - KinkCoins. These payments are handled by ATW, meaning you do not need to give the buyer any personal information to receive payment.

How do I increase my Seller Ranking?
We would advise checking out the blog area for more hints and tips. Here, you will find lots of information written by our community which you may find helpful. We would also recommend being active and using the dashboard to engage and interact with the community.
I’m trying to upgrade my account but my payment won’t work?
Our subscription fee is processed by a 3rd party payment provider who is based in the Netherlands, therefore, you may need to check that your bank will process an international payment.

Have you tried using an alternative card?
If you’re using a Proton Mail email address, try using an alternative and seeing if this works.

If you’re still having difficulties, we would recommend contacting the payment provider by going to vtsup.com/en/inquiry/general to see if they can offer any assistance.
How can I cancel my subscription as a Premium Seller?
Once you have signed up to the Premium Seller package, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. There is no fixed term and you are free to unsubscribe at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe please visit the payments page - https://www.allthingsworn.com/account/payments.

If you have signed up for the 6-month membership, you don’t need to do anything as this is a one-off payment.
How do I repost an item?
If you click on listings next to the dashboard you will see all of your items. You will see the option to “edit” “view” or “repost”

Alternatively, you can click on the item itself and you will see the repost option there

Please note items can only be reposted once every 7 days and you need to have been Premium on ATW for 7 days before you can repost

Buyers

How much does it cost for Buyers to sign up?
It’s completely free for Buyers to sign up.
I’ve seen an item I want to buy. How do I order?
It’s as simple as messaging the Seller to see if the item is still available. If so, agree on a payment and delivery method that is convenient for both.
I’ve agreed on a purchase. How do I pay for it?
There are many payment options available, however, we would advise you to use KinkCoins, our own payment method. These are anonymous and payment is handled by ATW, meaning you don’t need to disclose any personal details when making payment. This also offers you more protection in the event of a dispute. How do I receive the item?
You will need to agree on shipping costs with the Seller. As All Things Worn is a global platform we have users from all over the world, shipping costs may vary. Agree on shipping costs and methods with your Seller and wait for your item(s) to arrive.

Other FAQs

How do I delete my account?
We’re sorry to hear you want to leave our community. If you go to profile settings and scroll to the bottom, you will see the option to delete your account. This will permanently delete your account and any data/images. However, if you change your mind, we would be more than happy to welcome you back. Just create a new account and you will be good to go.
Will I remain completely anonymous?
Yes, we never share your information. You can share as much or as little information with the Buyer/Seller, however, we do encourage members to limit this information to protect identity.
Can anyone see my email address?
Your personal information will never be displayed. The only information that is displayed publicly is the information you choose to add to your profile.
How do I submit a blog article?
We’re always looking for members to contribute to our blogs. We require our blogs to be a minimum of 800 words and on a topic that has not already been covered. If you would like to contribute to our community blogs send us a DM!
