Illegal or unauthorised content will be removed within 24 hours of a valid report, and all other complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 days. In accordance with our terms & conditions, we decide the validity of the complaint. After the decision has been made, an appeal may be logged 48 hours after the resolution. Once the final decision is made, any content (illegal, infringing or otherwise inappropriate) will continue to be removed or reinstated.
