No tracking number, no pow photos, after I had sent money - got ignored, probably I had lost all my money here, avoid 100%

Hate to do this first time having to leave a bad review. Purchased a custom video went past the agreed date for video no contact from the seller. Seller then contact say can't do the video no problem things change said shed issue a refund this was 6 days ago. Still no refund and no contact happy to changed this once situation is recitified.
