Item says it was never picked up, probably lost somewhere. Seller stopped responding to me regarding correspondence with the carrier. I asked her to claim insurance but she never responded. I understand that it's not the fault of the seller if a package gets lost, but I expect to at least be in the loop regarding communications with the carrier. I will consider updating the review if she gives me an update.
