I’m a professional organizer and we move heavy furniture/big things all day everyday. We also do professional concrete coatings. Very sweaty work.
With that being said, I don’t message back instantly. The entrepreneur in me will get your packages out promptly and your requests accommodated to your liking. I work 7 days a week 10-16 hours most days- give me grace, but send me your nastiest requests because this is a luxury line and prices will reflect as such.
