Created an order with me and said he would pay that Friday. Friday came and he said some financial things prevented him from paying. That's fine, life happens. Asked if he'd like the order to stay open, he said yes and that he'd pay next payday. Gave it a week and asked if he still planned on paying for the order. I see he's been paying others by his reviews and he hasn't responded. If he had asked me to cancel the order that would have been okay but now I'm annoyed because he wasted my time and acted like he was still going to go through with the order instead of telling me he changed his mind.
