Initially contacted me regard a listing for a physical listing. Asked if I could lower my price by a small amount, which I could. Discussed the possibility of doing a deal on 2 related items for substantial discount. When I asked about arranging the order and payment he decided he would sext with me instead. I told him I didn't offer that for free so we discussed arranging a session. He spent time dithering over the length of the session and then spent half an hour faffing about with making the payment, even though I had said that I would not play without it. Eventually sent payment but cancelled it before I could accept it 'because it was taking too long'. The reason it had taken over an hour was because he was dithering over the length of time and then spent half an hour dithering over sending the payment once we had settled on something. When I informed him I was no longer interested he repeatedly messaged to get me to add him on the chosen platform and then he would pay.
