Right from the start they were so receptive, responsive, fun, and courteous -- it was clear they wanted to give me the best ordering experience they could! When plans changed a little bit, Vox was prompt in letting me know, and had already gone out of their way to add some extras to my order in return! I was so happy with my order once it arrived. Very securely packaged, with a little signed photo print included, and their smell on the clothing was strong and so lovely! (If you like multi-day and sweaty items I highly recommend using those add-ons with Vox 🙂)
