This seller has bad communication and doesn't fulfil her orders I order underwear before Christmas I'm still waiting and when I asked to just cancel and refund no attempts made

I had once given a 5 star review to this seller, but after my current experience I have removed that one and this 1 star is more fitting. I understand that she has unfortunately been unwell causing delays, however I placed my order back in November and only the pictures have arrived. I have made numerous attempts to make contact with the seller but with little resolution. My messages go unread for weeks at a time. I have asked for a refund and nothing has happened.

Seller is very honest and was easy to work with!

She's nothing but a rip off merchant. She made no attempt whatsoever to complete my order or return my money. She won't even remove the order from attempt, still shows as pending. What a disgusting person

Been lovely talking to BBLF. She disappeared for a little while with some life issues but still managed to send what I ordered. I Wouldn't be afraid to order again
