It’s time for me to part ways with these sneakers. Vans size 9.5 men. I’ve had them for a while and started using them for sk*ting and playing sports.

For the past year they ended up as my weightlifting shoes. I wear them at least 4 times a week for 2 hour workouts + post workout. So these have collected my sweat and musk.

Cosmetically they are beat up, but they are still standing strong with a good sole and support.
