- Customs have a turnaround time of 3-7 business days, but is ultimately dependent upon the nature of the sets. No refunds will be issued for impatience.
- Disrespecting my boundaries will result in an immediate block with ZERO refunds for any pending orders.
- Attempting a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from receiving my services, and blacklisting, as well as me notifying other Doms/Dommes/creators within my immediate circle on ATW.
