These 10 year old Keen Rose sandals are my absolute favorite everyday shoes. My airport shoes. My neighborhood walking shoes. My travel companions. The pair I instinctively grab every single time I leave the house.

Even though Keen designed them as amphibious sandals, these shoes have never actually been wet. Not once. Instead, they have spent nearly a decade absorbing nothing but sweat, body heat, travel miles, and everyday wear. The footbeds are deeply molded to my feet, the soles are worn completely flat, and the Velcro is finally beginning to fail after years of nonstop use.

Comfortable, heavily broken in, and packed with personal history, these sandals feel like true relics of daily life and adventure.

When I am working out in a Pilates reformer cla**, teaching yoga, learning to roller sk*te, or sunning myself on the patio; I'm a sweaty lady.
