These thong pants had a full day of wear starting in the morning and finishing with an intense gym session. I put them on early and kept them on through the morning before working out in the gym later in the day.
They were worn through a heavy leg day workout — squats, rdls and other lower body work — followed by a solid cardio session, so they definitely got a proper workout along with me.
