In this nearly 4 minute video I use a foot file to grate some dry skin from my feet, particularly from my heels, show you close ups or my soles and moisturise both of my feet 👣.

My feet are size 5, pretty dainty, I have quite long toe nails right now and some dry skin and small callouses, especially on the bottom of my feet.

You can hear the sounds of the grating all the way through and see a bit of foot dust coming off.
