I will always liaise with the seller regarding when a custom video can be filmed by them before completing an order. Where I have been let down with delays in the past - I shall ask you to set up the order and let me know when you’re ready to film 30-60mins before and I shall then send payment. This will then avoid any refunds if there are unforeseen delays to my custom.

🇬🇧 Will only purchase physical items from UK sellers and will only make purchases when finances permit. I may consider digital content from those overseas 🇬🇧
