All packages are mailed in purple envelopes unless it’s over the size of the envelope💕

All customs are delivered within 72 hours of them being paid for. If I need extra time I’ll reach out to let you know 💕

I do not reimburse or refund after the order has been paid for. If it’s not what you’re expecting we can discuss a way to make it right💕

If you cancel the order after it is paid for, and/or shipped, you will be blocked. You will not receive a refund. You will also receive a low review to warn others not to work with you 💕

I leave reviews after each completed order. Please leave one in return so I and other buyers know what you thought! If a review is not left within 7 days of delivery/completion, my review may be removed💕

I currently work from 6:30am-2:30pm 3 times a week (and every other weekend) so messages will be answered any time before/after that and maybe on a short break💕
