Covid hit, no one had any real idea about what was going to happen! What everyone thought would be two weeks turned into several months…. Panic set in, how would I pay my rent? how could I afford to live?! Being self-employed and having no idea where I’d get any income, would I ever be able to go back to my full-time work?

For a few years before I’d always fancied the idea of selling used panties but never actually went through with it. Firstly because of building up my other business and secondly having no idea where to start!

Starting My Journey Into Adult Work

So I took to the internet, got my notepad out and began my research into the world of panty selling! I watched youtube videos, went on various websites and listened to podcasts and found ATW. I never actually knew you could sell from a secure platform with an amazing community! It was then that I started my journey.

I started by wearing panties I already owned, found some great lighting in my bedroom and off I went! Making myself feel sexy and snapping away, feeling excited making content for me to showcase on my profile! It’s great how sexy and confident you can feel when you take a few sexy pics of yourself.

In my moment of excitement, I felt I had to share with some people very close to me which included my very supportive but curious mother. She was very impressed that I’d found a way of making me feel amazing whilst making a bit of money to help out in a very uncertain time in our lives.

Some, but not all sellers go into this business completely blind (I mean we’ve all heard of panty selling) but not all of the things that come with the territory. I studied kinks hard! I mean if I was studying for an exam in the world of kinks I think I would have gotten a distinction haha!

It goes to show that if you are learning about something that really gets your attention you will go far! Don’t get me wrong I’m still learning but that’s the beauty of this work, every day is a school day!

I love a challenge and diving in head first into something new and exciting. I filled my lockdown time with being creative in various areas such as cooking, decorating, art and of course adult work.

My First Order

I received my first order! The excitement overwhelmed me like a kid opening up a brand new games console on Christmas Day. This lovely gentleman ordered a pretty extensive bundle and I was overjoyed. I began to think to myself how was this happening and could it be this easy?

Of course, it’s not as easy as just posting up a few pics. You have to learn so much at the start from how to set up payments, new email accounts, keeping yourself safe, photography, general customer service, being consistent with posting in your shop and so much more!

The more you learn the more you start to see what you enjoy the most and what you are best at!

Finding My Niche

Messages came pouring in questioning me on different requests and I found myself magnetising to the world of femdom. So I threw myself into the lions and that’s when I found my love for humiliation and dom work.

Moi? Being so cruel? (In a fun way of course) I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed having a bit of power and a buyer genuinely enjoying it and coming back for more!

It’s so important to be professional but also without being too nice because as a Dom being too polite and nice doesn’t really work. So when I got requests I made sure to ask buyers to describe what they are into and any hard limits. There is a whole spectrum on how subs like to be treated so each buyer needs to be treated as an individual, spending time getting to know a buyer is a key to creating a buyer relationship that could be loyal to you for a very long time which is priceless!

First Impressions Count Right?

I like to think of myself as a caring, friendly genuinely nice person but with an edge and a will to satisfy subs with being a bit mean haha! So much fun for both which is a match made in heaven, and essentially how it should be. I wouldn’t carry on with something I just didn’t enjoy. Most buyers get a kick out of you enjoying yourselves too right? This is a part-time side hustle for me to enjoy also alongside my full-time job so it needs to be fun!

Going Back to my Full-Time Work

I have spoken to so many lovely genuine buyers/sellers and building bonds with different walks of life is truly what makes this work so special, I am truly thankful for what I’ve learnt from both.

I am back working as a beauty therapist full-time which I was both excited but anxious about all at the same time! I can’t even begin to think of giving up my part-time enjoyment with adult work because it gave me a purpose and income through a pandemic which I am truly grateful for!

So for now I plan to carry on building up my profile on ATW and continue to enjoy my part-time hustle.
