Staying Sexy and Safe as a Seller

All Things Worn is an amazing platform that gives sellers and buyers alike a space to be themselves, explore a little, and have some naughty fun along the way. But as much as we love it here, it’s important to remember that dangerous people, scammers, and stalkers can show up on any site, and this one is no exception. The good news? A few simple habits can keep you protected without taking any of the fun out of it. So grab a drink, get comfy, and let me walk you through my top five safety tips for staying sexy and staying safe.

Get a PO Box (and Keep Your Home Address Off Everything)

Your address should never end up on a package, a label, or a message. Ever. A PO box is one of the best investments you can make as a seller. It keeps your home private, gives you a separate place to send and receive mail, and lets you ship with total peace of mind. Even a return address can tell someone exactly where you sleep at night, so make sure every single package goes out with your PO box on it. Your buyers get their goodies, and your front door stays your little secret.

Keep Payment Info That Shows Your Real Name Private

This one might catch a lot of new sellers off guard. Many payment apps, like PayPal, show your legal name, email, or other personal details to whoever you’re transacting with. That means putting your payment links in your bio is basically handing your real identity to anyone who scrolls by. Keep those links out of your bio, and be thoughtful about which payment methods you use and what they reveal. The mystery is part of the fun anyway, so let your buyers know your seller name and nothing more.

Build a Separate Seller Identity

Think of your seller persona as your fun, flirty alter ego, and give her her own little world. Use a stage name and an email that has nothing to do with your real name. You don’t need a whole separate phone number, but I’d recommend keeping a Telegram, Snapchat, and WhatsApp account that’s used only for your seller identity. Never mix those with your personal accounts, and never let a buyer find their way to your real friends, family, or main social media.

When you can, keep your conversations on the site. All Things Worn gives you a layer of protection that outside apps just can’t, and if something goes wrong, there’s a record right there. If you do choose to chat off-site using your seller accounts, that’s totally your call. Just know it might not be as safe as staying on the platform, so go in with your eyes open.

Listen to Your Intuition

Your gut is smarter than you think, doll. If a conversation starts to feel off, if someone is pushing you to do something you’re not comfortable with, or if they just won’t take no for an answer, you are allowed to walk away. You don’t owe anyone an explanation, an apology, or one more chance. It is completely okay to block them and move on. Good buyers respect your boundaries, and the ones who don’t aren’t worth your time or your energy. Protecting your peace is part of the job, and in the long run, it’s one of the most important parts.

Report Anyone Asking You to Pay a Fee

Here’s a scam that pops up way too often, so let’s break it down so you can spot it a mile away. It usually starts with a brand new buyer who has no reviews. They’ll ask for your Telegram or tell you to message them there instead of on the site. Then they promise to send you a huge amount of money, way more than anyone normally would. The catch? They say the payment has to come through their “work account,” and before they can send it, you need to pay a fee.

Don’t fall for it. A real buyer will never ask you to pay them anything to receive your money. The moment someone asks for a fee, stop responding and report them to All Things Worn. Reporting helps protect not just you, but every other seller they might try this on next.

Stay Safe and Keep Having Fun

Selling on All Things Worn should feel exciting, empowering, and fun, and a little bit of caution goes a long way toward keeping it that way. Protect your address, guard your real name, keep your seller life separate, trust your gut, and never pay to get paid. You deserve to enjoy every bit of this, so take care of yourself, look out for other sellers, and keep on having a good time. Stay sexy and stay safe!

Solefullsecret Im also new I’ve had this as well but I ignore !

Claudiosalvatori 100% true this is meant to be a fun place for similar thinking adults who have different likes. No need for pressure from either side from buyer and seller lets please keep it a place where there is equity there is enough shit going on in the world lets all be kind x

Pushpop38 Is it normal for everyone to want to chat on t-gram? I’m new and the amount of people trying to take you over to chat there is crazy. Please help? 😬😅🤣 xx

Dezzy26 Great advice babe!! 😌💕✨

Kay_x Great post. Also ensure geographic tags are off on your picture of people can see your exact location. Amazon wishlists show your name and address, avoid! Build up trust with buyers before you do video chats & be aware of screen recording. So many more but stay safe, ladies ❤️ Same advice to the buyers though, tbh!

Torriesstory Love this! As much as it should be common sense, many of us need reminding about how to stay safe 🫶🏼

Melodyx777 Thank you ! 🙏🏻 😘

GypsyRain Hope do i know whose account is real and whose is fake? I'm new and still learning...

Cherry_Pie Fabulous blog with such good and practical advice! Thank you 🥰🥰

HelenaAndManuel Since I started, I've only received 4 private messages: 1 greeting from an Italian couple, 1 request for information, and then 2 messages inviting me to join T.gram (with similar usernames—typical of bots—and a preset greeting). These are just ridiculous attempts to lure me off the platform. If only they knew what they're risking... M.

MesmerisingMaddie Great tips! 👏👏

GothicxDarkxSirenx Yes!! Very nice!! So important 🙌🏻👏🏻
