I thought i might share an idea i had that helps me as i struggle with chastity. maybe it will help someone out there. I like to visualize a furnace. Each day you spend locked in chastity, its a log placed on the furnace.

You will start to see that if you are a guy and you regularly masturbate multiple times a day, once that sexual energy stays inside you instead, it becomes an energy source you can use 😊.

Imagine each day is a piece of coal, or wood. whatever you like really. its a clean burning energy source. but it has to be used 😅. Otherwise you will go crazy. Just for me personally, changing the frame of mind like this makes it easier to deal with and can be quite fulfilling 😊 Hope this helps someone out there. Woof Woof! 🫶😊

It's been awhile since I've done this 😅. Pups chastity advice nobody asked for.

If you're thinking of starting chastity. Make a goal of some sort alongside it. If you're used to having self pleasure whenever you want it, you're going to get a lot of pent up sexual energy and no where to put it. If you keep it stored within, you will become frustrated, stressed and anxious.

But that's the cool thing about it. You have a new fuel source you just need something new to focus on. Something maybe you've been putting off. I highly suggest that one goal should be something physical. Walking, running, lifting weights. Just make sure it's not something that hurts with the cage on 😅. I love to run but for me running with a cage is incredibly painful. But, hiking with a cage on is delightful and subby. Put on a weighted backpack and you got yourself an exciting workout that keeps you in subby space 😍 and helps deal with the frustration.
