My amazing 13 year old ESA dog, Bella, needs an operation. I have been hesitant to put her under anesthesia because she has a heart murmur and laryngeal paralysis which makes her breathing quite labored.
I have been searching for a vet that will do the operation with a heavy sedative and a local anesthetic, and might be close to finding one!

I am asking for donations because my basement has flooded 3 times over the last month and I have had to dump a lot of money I was saving for this operation into installing a sump pit/pump.

This mutt is my best friend, she has been with me and there for me in every possible way through some of the hardest years of my life. I was recently able to finally get out of a shared apartment, into a house with a yard so she can lay in the warm sun in the grass during the summer, and snuggle on our own couch with me during the cold months.I just want her to be able to relax and enjoy the rest of her life as peaceful and comfortable as she can.
