I just wanna put it out there that sometimes taking that scary step that fear has been holding you back from taking can work out beautifully.

6 weeks ago I was working in a place with people that were grinding me down on a daily basis, making me feel worthless (not in a fun kinky way unfortunately), and finding faults in everything I did.

I put in for a transfer to another place in the same company, closer to my house actually, and I’ve been here for 5 weeks or so now and it’s beautiful. I’m so happy at work. I don’t complain when my alarm goes off. I don’t wanna cry at the thought of facing the day anymore. I go home with a smile on my face most days. I feel appreciated and like I want to be here. I feel like I’m good at my job again after months of being put down.
