I have been selling since I was 18. I'm 33. Here are some things I have learned that will help you:

🔴Selling Items for super cheap or giving them away for free will NOT increase your sales or build loyalty with the customer. It does however attract customers who are one-off sales, inconsistent at best, can't afford the prices you want to charge, and the more difficult customers. It's also an insult to the industry and to the sellers around you. There is a thing known as quantity selling where a seller will have low prices but they still make sure their overhead is covered and that they are making at least a little profit. Sales are also valid. Please note: Sales don't generally work unless you have regular clientele already. Why? Because most buyers aren't after *the product* they're after *the connection with you and the fantasy behind the product*. If you need help pricing your items I wrote a FREE pricing guide for you. You can find it at the first link in my bio.

🟠If the client is difficult from the get-go it will only get worse over time. If they disrespect another seller, they will in time disrespect you. If they try and haggle your prices or complain about prices - this IS a sign of disrespect.

🟡You are not in competition with other sellers. We are not here to undercut or do anyone dirty. The only foul play comes from those who lack ethics, manners, and an understanding of community. We are a supportive community here. Sellers are here to build each other up and support each other. As are good buyers. Make friends with people - especially if you want to be in this for the long haul. Friendships are the key to your success.

🟢You don't have to be a Domme/Dom or a sub. You don't have to cater to kinks or dynamics that you don't enjoy. In fact you shouldn't do anything that you don't enjoy doing. While yes this is about money - it's also for fun. If you are a Domme/Dom there is no *wrong* way to do it. Just unethical ways to do it. If you are a sub, particularly a sub seller - be mindful that a lot of Doms (buyer or seller) are inexperienced and sometimes confuse Domination with straight up @buse. Be mindful and remember to be your own advocate.

🔵Sex education. Educate your clients. Education doesn't mean fantasies can't still be had, but to let men think our bodies work differently than they actually do is a disservice to women everywhere.

🟣BE OKAY WITH LOSING A SALE. Most if not all of the sales you will lose were never real to begin with. There are people here, who will target you if you're new (or not new), just to fuck with you and waste that precious time of yours. If a sale crosses a line with you, gives you attitude or disrespect, or threatens to walk out the door, be like Elsa and let that shit go. The trash takes itself out.
