Why isn’t payment required for new buyers when they sign up? Are there any new buyer restrictions?

When a new buyer joins, they are required to indicate that they’re over 18 and verify a working email before they can send messages, post on the dashboard, or contact members.

It might seem like requiring every new buyer to pay or go through extra checks upfront would improve safety—but in reality, on an adult-focused platform like ours, it would drastically reduce the number of people willing to join and engage with our community.

Many potential buyers are naturally cautious in this niche, especially if they’re new to our brand. Adding too many restrictions right when they join would create a barrier that stops genuine users before they’ve even had a chance to explore the site or build trust. Simply put, there would be very few buyers at all, which impacts our sellers and community as a whole.

To maintain the right balance of accessibility and safety, we’ve introduced several features that protect our sellers while still allowing new buyers to join and gain confidence:

  • Premium Buyers Only – Only receive messages from verified, paying buyers. This can be set in your settings
  • Message Unlock Fee – Buyers pay a small one-time fee to message a seller directly. This can be added in your settings.
  • Pay-Per-Message – Turn this on so that anyone messaging you pays for each message they send, filtering out time-wasters and providing additional revenue.
  • New Buyer Limits – Brand-new buyers can’t post on the main feed for their first 24 hours.

These tools give you control and safety without shutting the door on genuine buyers. By letting new buyers explore, they gradually trust our platform and become loyal buyers.

I have some concerns about the age of the user. What can I do?

If you ever have concerns about a member, you can report them directly to us, and our team will investigate immediately.

We’ve introduced age verification in all required regions. Age Verified members have an “Age Verified” badge on their profile, and all Instant Content is restricted until verification is completed.

Even if a member isn’t in a region that requires verification, buyers can verify their age securely at any time upon request from sellers, giving you extra peace of mind.

What steps are being taken to reduce time-wasters on the site?

Time-wasters are a challenge on every platform, especially in an adult-focused niche. We’ve implemented several tools to help you focus on genuine buyers:

  • Premium Buyers Only – Only receive messages from verified, paying buyers.
  • Pay-Per-Message – Buyers must pay before messaging, filtering out time-wasters.
  • Order Completion Indicator – Messages show whether the sender has completed an order.
  • Reporting Tools – Report suspicious or inappropriate activity for prompt review.

Additionally, following community feedback, accounts that remain inactive without any completed orders after a defined period will be removed.

  • Advanced Image Checks – Analyzes images for explicit content and embedded spam indicators.
  • Domain and Email Restrictions – Blocks known spammy domains and email patterns.
  • IP and Pattern Blocking – Suspicious IPs are blocked, though VPNs can complicate enforcement.
  • Continuous Improvement – We update our algorithms and will introduce additional AI-driven checks soon.

Why do my images frequently go into pending review?

To comply with age verification rules, all public images are reviewed to ensure they do not contain nudity or explicit content. This is done using automated systems and the threshold has been increased recently to maintain safety and compliance.

When an image is flagged, one of our 24/7 worldwide team carefully reviews it to ensure it meets our standards, approving or denying it.

Older images are still in the process of being reviewed to bring them in line with current guidelines.

My photo doesn’t contain any nudity or explicit content — why has it been marked as pending?

All images go through a review process to ensure they meet age verification and community guidelines. Random image checks may also occur for consistency and safety, including checks on accompanying text.
