General Auctions: What You Need to Know (FAQ)

We’ve officially introduced Auctions —think eBay, but for kink. If you’re curious how it works, here are the key things to know:

Seller FAQ

Who can run an auction?

Auctions are now available for ALL Diamond Sellers. To be eligible, you must upgrade to Diamond Seller and the option to list for auction will be automatically available on your profile.

How do I get started?

You will need to have a Premium subscription and upgrade to the Diamond Seller. Then, list it just like you would do for a regular item, but with a few extra details like minimum bid price, duration, etc.

How do I share my auction?

Once your auction is live, simply copy the page link or use the built-in share button.

This is the link you’ll promote to your auction —share it across your social channels and any communities you’re part of to drive traffic and get those bids rolling.

Where do auctions live on the platform?

Auctions are hosted on a dedicated auction page but will also appear on your Profile as a live auction and be posted to the main feed.

You will be able to manage/edit the auction listing under your listings.

The focus should be promoting your custom auction link to your followers, past buyers, and social media following.

How many items can I auction at once?

Sellers can only run one auction at a time.

This keeps things competitive and helps drive stronger bidding activity on each item.

Do I keep my earnings?

Yes—you keep 100% of what you make.

No commissions. No cuts. If your audience drives a bidding war, that’s all yours.

Auctions are designed to give sellers a new way to monetize their audience—without adding extra work. If you’ve got a loyal following and a high-demand item, this is where things can get interesting.

Buyer FAQ

How do I bid?

Browse the auctions, open the item you want, enter your bid amount, and click Place Bid. Your bid must be higher than the current bid by at least the minimum required increment. You must have enough KinkCoins in your wallet to cover the full bid amount. You cannot bid on your own auction, and all bids are final. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction is automatically extended by 5 minutes.

How do I pay?

All auction payments are made using KinkCoins from your wallet. There is no separate checkout process.

When is the money taken from my account?

The full amount of your bid is deducted immediately when you place it and held securely until the auction ends. If you are outbid or the reserve price is not met, your KinkCoins are automatically returned to your wallet. If you win, the held coins are transferred to the seller, so there is nothing more to pay.

When will I receive the item?

If you win the auction, an order is created automatically as soon as the auction ends. The seller will then ship the item using the normal order process. Delivery times depend on the seller and the shipping method shown in the listing.
