My Time on All Things Worn

I have recently reached the milestone of being a part of this awesome site for the whole year! I wanted to tell you a bit more about my time and experience on All Things Worn as well as sharing some thoughts.

Why All Things Worn Is The Best Site To Sell Your Used Items

I have used other platforms and sites to sell but nothing compares to All Things Worn. Yes, it is a buying and selling platform, but it has been more than that for me and a lot of other people.

It has created a community and given both sellers and buyers a place to meet new people and build connections, a place to open up and be yourself. It is great to see buyers post and talk about themselves or their kinks, fetishes and turn-ons. It makes me happy to see them open up and feel comfortable enough to talk about these things. I also love how welcoming, friendly and helpful my fellow sellers are.

Learning

I don’t think you ever stop learning as a seller (or a buyer) just when I think I have seen or heard it all, I read about a new kink or fetish, I see a post about something new to me. When I engage with other sellers and with the buyers I get an insight into their spin on something. I enjoy all of that. I like to learn because I like to explore, I like to understand what makes the buyers tick and what they enjoy as well as finding out if I enjoy something new or want to explore it further personally.

Learning is part of the process, not only with kinks and such but selling. I have learned more about what buyers look for, enjoy what they want from the site and the sellers. I find it helps to engage, reach out and ask questions, do polls, take your time to get to know the buyers you will learn a lot that way.

Confidence

I have gained a lot of confidence from the site, this comes from just being able to open up by talking to others, by being able to express myself freely and not just sexually, as much as I enjoy exploring and sharing my sexual side I wanted to show the person behind the seller. Of course, the positive feedback and likes and comments help with my confidence as well but confidence to me is not just about appearance but personality as a whole and as a seller, I am who I am and being welcomed on the site like I have been has given me a confidence boost in all areas.

Community

As I have mentioned already, ATW is more than a buying and selling platform. It is a community for like-minded people, a place to express yourself, to engage and indulge and it has given a space for those who want more than just to sell and buy.

I have read some blogs from buyers and it is great to know they feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts and feelings, to tell us about how it all started for them. As a seller, I am an open book and want to feel comfortable enough to say what is on my mind or to talk about what I enjoy. So being part of All Things Worn has given everyone on the site a chance to do that as well as ask for advice, to post photos, to offer and be offered support and encouragement, to have a bit of fun, to keep things light and friendly as well as being able to talk about a range of subjects. It is so nice to see support rather than competition.

Any Advice For New Sellers?

Don’t try and fake it until you make it because it takes more effort and hard work to be something you are not.

Don’t do anything until you have received payment! Always take money upfront!

Get to know your fellow sellers, networking is a great tool and you can help each other out, you may not offer something but can point the buyer in the direction of a seller that can then they can do the same for you.
